The Challenge
IOT83 already had a Webflow site, but the previous agency had built it so cluttered and fragile that it broke at several breakpoints, and adding new pages or designs had become painful. The structure fought them at every turn. They decided to redesign, and came to us for a Webflow build that wouldn't just look better, but would actually be maintainable and scalable as they grew.
Our Approach
We rebuilt IOT83's site as a flexible system, not a fixed set of pages. Working from their existing designs and brand guidelines, we engineered the foundation so the brand itself was modular - colors, components, and layouts wired to update globally. The payoff showed immediately: when IOT83 asked to switch their entire brand color from green to blue, we did it in half an hour, not days. Beyond the build, we partnered on new page concepts and layouts, figuring out how different content types should be structured so the site could keep growing without a design bottleneck.
