The Challenge
Metadome.ai sells immersive AI & XR experiences, but their site couldn't show it. They'd outgrown WordPress and Wix: neither could deliver the custom layouts, motion, and full-screen video the brand needed to feel as cutting-edge as the product. They came to us to build their vision in Webflow, with one hard requirement: an immersive, video-rich experience that stayed fast, accessible, and fully readable in dark mode across every device.
Our Approach
We mapped the full experience in Figma first, then built it as a custom Webflow site, no templates, no compromises on layout. Because immersive doesn't mean inaccessible, accessibility shaped every decision: we tuned text contrast for dark-mode readability, set type scales large enough to stay legible on mobile, and kept motion purposeful rather than decorative. The result is a site that looks like the future and still works for everyone, on any screen.
The Build
The build paired heavy visuals with a structure the Metadome team could run themselves:
- 30+ custom pages, including 12 CMS-driven templates so the team can publish capabilities, case studies, and resources without a developer.
- Lottie animations and scroll-triggered interactions to bring the AI/XR story to life without slowing the page down.
- Vimeo-hosted video embedded for crisp, full-immersion playback, kept performant across the site.
- HubSpot integration wiring every CTA and form straight into their sales pipeline.
- CMS filtering and Splide/Swiper sliders to make a large, content-rich site easy to navigate.
The Impact
Since launching on Webflow, Metadome.ai has built real organic visibility, 373k+ search impressions and 15.9k+ clicks over 16 months, at a 4.2% click-through rate. The new site gave search engines a fast, well-structured foundation to index, and gave the Metadome team a platform they can keep publishing on without a developer.
